Can I order a sample?
A: Usually we will charge some free for the sample and refund the sample cost when you place the bulk order .
What is the custom service?
A: *OEM&ODM.
*Help our customers to design their package box with their own logo.
*Laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers and etc.
What payment terms do you accept?
A: 30% deposit is paid before production, and the remaining 70% balance is paid before shipment.
Accepted delivery terms: FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.
Accepted payment currency: USD, EURO, RMB.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A：The minimum order quantity for the most standard products is 1,000 pieces (or negotiable by category). Emergency disaster relief orders can accept smaller batches. Please contact our sales team for specific requirements.
What is the standard lead time for delivery?
A: According to the order quantity and category, the regular production cycle is 15-30 days. For emergency relief supplies, we have some raw materials and a rapid response mechanism that can be expedited for delivery within 7-10 days.
What export qualifications and certifications do you have?
A: Most of the factories we cooperate with hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other system certifications, and their products can meet EU CE, US FDA and other standards (depending on specific categories), and have import and export operation rights, which can cooperate with various customs clearance documents.
